I purchased one of these units to help with brake fluid replacement on my '96 Nissan Pathfinder. I was expecting to be able to attach the unit to each brake fluid bleed valve in turn, pump up a vacuum, open the bleed valve and rapidly extract the old brake fluid.
I found it to be close to useless for this purpose because the vacuum it creates is not particularly strong. The fittings supplied with the unit do not make an effective seal to the valve, so air leaks in. In addition the other various fittings do not fit together securely, and the pump kept popping off the tank.
I resorted to having my 11-year-old daughter pump the brake pedal as needed. The pump was of some usefulness to help stop air from leaking back into the system, but it was far from the quick, easy one-man job I was hoping for.
If you're looking to do this kind of job I would not recommend this item. There has to be a better way!

I purchased this item to bleed the brake lines in my boat trailer. Works as advertised and plenty of attachments for any job. The pressure gauge is very helpful too.

Purchased this to bleed the brakes on my F-150. Had to go back and buy the auto refill kit to make the job easier to do. The refill kit should be included in the original kit. Couple of hints, make sure that you have gotten a good seal on the small fill bottle, first time had a bad fit and was losing vacuum. Heard the leak, opened the top, resealed, much better vacuum. Next time will follow Popular Mechanics advice and use kit to suck out as much fluid from the brake reservoir before starting. Would have made the job go faster. Also, when opening the brake bleed valve, only crack open till fluid starts to flow; any more than that you are just sucking air from around the threads on the bleeder valve. For something made in China, not all that bad, but wish the country of manufacture had been included on the web page description, probably would have bought something else had I known.
